About

I learned to knit, as I’m sure many women today did, as a little girl taught by my grand mothers. time went on and I picked up a spindle (totally unsuitable to actually be used!) in a charity shop some time in the early 2k’s. A super rough Texel fleece soon followed and not long after that spinning became as normal, natural and necessary as breathing. 20 odd years later and I run the local spinners, weavers and dyers guild. I teach workshops and have my very own little flock of sheep to provide me with all the wool I could ever need.
